What delivery method service(s) are available?
We work with FedEx and UPS to deliver our products to your home. The delivery service will be automatically assigned during checkout based on your location and the best available carrier. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the selected carrier and your destination.
Which countries are available for shipping?
We are currently able to ship to most countries all over the world (a detailed list of countries is available on each product’s description).
How much is the shipping cost for my country?
We offer free shipping within the Continental US and most EU countries. Please note that while shipping is free, any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated at checkout.
How long until I receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days after payment processing, unless otherwise noted at the time the order is placed or if you receive an email notification indicating a delay for any items in your order. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, and any unforeseen delays.

How can I cancel my order?If the order hasn’t been shipped then you can cancel your order and we will process the refund. Refund Policy
Can I return my accepted order?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return the product?
To start a return, you can contact us at fhseric@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What should I do if my product is damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and find the solution.
How can I get a refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Is there any cost for the return shipping fee?
FHS Life Furniture doesn’t cover the return shipping fee for all products. Please ask us at fhseric@outlook.com for more information.
